Shipping policy

Shipping is provided FREE of cost anywhere in the United States and includes tracking information and insurance.

However, we do not make ourselves responsible for any lost packages after they have been shipped. 

If you have any trouble with your shipment, please contact your local United States Postal Office and provide them with your tracking information.  If your package has been lost, we advise you to file a complaint with your local United States Post Office so they can reimburse you via the insurance that comes with your package.

We do not reimburse lost packages as we have purchased insurance on all orders to cover the cost of your item upfront. To file a claim with the carrier, please refer to your tracking number.
