FAQ

1. How do I place an order using a purchase order? 

To order via purchase order, email your Purchase Order to gameplaneducationalsolutions@gmail.com. You will then be sent an invoice. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Once the order is paid by your school, you (requisitioner email) will be issued a gift card for the amount of your order that you can use to purchase/download your items. Please note that no changes can be made at the time of using your gift card, since that will affect your P.O. and pre-arranged totals. If you need to change an item or decide you wanted another resource instead, simply email an updated P.O. within 24 hours of having sent your P.O., so that your gift card totals can be modified if necessary BEFORE your gift card is created and issued. Please note, if you are a department chair or campus ordering digital products for your team, you will need to order a license for each person that will be using the resource. Purchases made via P.O. are NOT refundable as they are considered custom orders, but if for any reason you have a problem with your order, or would like additional information of any of our products BEFORE you order, please feel free to contact us at gameplaneducationalsolutions@gmail.com.

2. Can I order digital products with a purchase order? 

Yes you can. Submit your purchase order with your desired digital products and the number of licenses you need for each product.  Once your purchase order is received by us, we will issue the requisitioner (or provide an email for designated recipient/shopper) a gift card they can use to purchase the digital products. The requisitioner (you/designated person) will also receive digital download links via email after purchase. 3. How soon after I place my order will I receive it? 

If you order a digital product, you will receive a link to download your order automatically. For physical products, please allow approximately 7 to10 business days for your order to be processed and arrive.
