Hi, I'm Cecilia!

More than a decade ago, my journey in education began. I was an enthusiastic educator with the desire to be an influential figure in my students' lives.

While I had potential and enthusiasm, I was lacking in guidance and support which made me feel unprepared, overwhelmed, and ineffective. It was a lot of trial and error and years of learning.
